OVERVIEW
This Shipping Policy outlines the shipping practices of Bellabu Bear Arabia. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this policy.
1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship to the following regions:
- GCC
- Middle East
2. SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS
- Standard Shipping: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, but you can expect your order to arrive within 2-4 business days after processing.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected.
3. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
4. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will contain your tracking number and a link to track your package.
5. SHIPPING DELAYS
While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated delivery times, there may be occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs delays, or other shipping carrier delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
6. SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. Bellabu Bear Arabia is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges.
7. REMOTE AREAS DELIVERY
Deliveries to certain remote areas in the UAE are scheduled on specific days:
- Dubai: Hatta, Al Ruwayya, University Village (Al Ruwayya), Wadi Alamardi, Palm Jebel Ali, Al Lisali, Lahbab, Al Awir 2, Bab Al Shams Hotel, Dubai Intl Endurance City, Dubai Outer Bypass Road, Ghantooth & Al Jazeera, Jebel Ali Port Berth Area, New Police Academy Project, Tigerwood Projects, Margham, Akoya (Damac Hills), Damac Hills 2, Jabal Ali Hills, Al Ghadeer (Tuesday & Saturday).
- Ajman: Emirates City (Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday), Masfut (Tuesday & Saturday), Manama (Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday), Helaiw (Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday), Hadhf (Tuesday & Thursday), Ma'ali (Saturday), Sinadil (Tuesday & Thursday), Sufayri (Saturday), Suhaylah (Tuesday & Thursday), Shariyah (Tuesday & Saturday).
- Al Ain: Abu Samra, Al Saad, Al Yahar South, Al Yahar, Al Yahar North, Al Salamat, Al Maqam, Al Hili, Umm Ghafa, Khatm Al Shikla, Al Markhaniya, Zakher, Al Towayya, Al Jahili (Monday, Wednesday & Friday).
Deliveries to these areas may incur additional charges.
8. ADDITIONAL CHARGES
- Remote area delivery charges within the UAE will be charged an additional AED 10.
- Any undeliverable orders (refused at destination, cancelled after being shipped, wrong address) will be charged to the Customer.
- Reverse Pick-Up charges (order collection from the customer after delivery): AED15 in Metro Areas, AED25 for Remote Areas.
- The chargeable weight is the actual gross weight or the volumetric weight of the shipment – whichever is higher.
- Orders cancelled after Pick and Pack is completed but before dispatch will be charged AED10.
9. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, we do not offer international shipping outside the Middle East.
10. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes imposed on international shipments. Bellabu Bear Arabia is not responsible for any additional charges once the package has left our warehouse.
11. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
If your package is damaged during transit or lost, please contact us immediately at info@bellabubear.ae. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order.
12. GLOBAL DELIVERY SERVICE
For shipments destined for countries outside of the UAE, KSA, OM, KW, and BH, the following rates apply:

- The above price is for prepaid orders only (no COD service).
- The above price is excluding fuel surcharge, customs duty, VAT, and any other governmental charges.
- Remote area delivery charges within each country will be AED 100/- additional per order.
- Incorrect delivery address surcharge: AED 50/- for shipments with incomplete or inaccurate delivery addresses.
13. International Shipping and Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU):
We offer international shipping to various countries. Please note that all shipments outside the UAE are processed on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that import duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost and will be the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery. These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and are payable by the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for detailed information on the potential costs. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to cover these additional charges.
