Exchange & Returns Policy

At Bellabu Bear, we are committed to delivering premium-quality bamboo sleepwear and ensuring a positive customer experience. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. 14-Day Exchange Policy
We offer a 14-day exchange window, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit.

2. Exchange or Store Credit Only (No Refunds Unfortunately)
We stand by the quality of our products and service. As such, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
All approved returns will be issued as either:

  • An exchange, or

  • A gift card/store credit

By placing an order with Bellabu Bear, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

3. Eligibility for Exchanges / Returns for Store Credit
To qualify for an exchange or store credit, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused and in original condition

  • Have all tags attached - we cannot accept a Return if the item does not have the Original Tags

  • Be returned in original packaging- we cannot accept a Return if the item is not in the Original Packaging

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) if applicable

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To request an exchange or return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery via:

5. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.

6. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear, swimwear) due to hygiene reasons

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards
